MICHAEL HENRIKSEN
CEO
Began his career in 1977 as sales manager for Jamo in Denmark. Moved to Australia in 1982 and started his own distribution company for Jamo and other Scandinavian brands. Received two Lifetime Achievement awards, first in 2009 from Australian Industry organisation Sound & Image, the second in 2011 from CEDIA. Michael has served as Chairman of the Australian Hi-Fi Association of Specialist AV Retailers and Wholesalers.
PHIL HAWKINS
General Manager
With over 30 years experience in the CE wholesale business with companies like Philips, Yamaha, Sonos and Toshiba, Phil's responsibilities include key dealer relationships, sales force management, pricing control and Jamo brand management.
PETER SHAMOON
National Sales Manager
Peter has extensive experience in the CE industry, including specialist retail, AV wholesale and as an electrical franchisee at Harvey Norman. He is now responsible for all sales to our retail partners and manages QualiFi's sales team.
RALPH GRUNDL
Marketing Manager
Joining Michael's team in it's early beginnings, Ralph has helped QualiFi evolve into a distributor whose comprehensive portfolio of complementary brands has the ability to distribute to all channels. He oversees the marketing and communication for all brands.
JOE SALAMANCA
Heos Brand Manager
With a career spanning over 24 years in retail, wholesale and the CI business, his responsibilities include brand management, third party brand integration relationships and implementing national training events for automation and visual products.
HANNIS YOUNG
Logistics Manager
Over 23 years experience in Overseas Logistics/Purchasing and Sales Coordination. His Supply Chain responsibilities include forecasting, purchasing and management of all overseas shipments and internal sales team.
NICK IULIANO
National Service Manager
Started his extensive electronics service/repair career as an apprentice 30 years ago. Progressed to senior technician then service manager for various organisations since 1992. He has been QualiFi's National Service Manager since 1997.
